I have an idea!
What if we got together and helped each other garden!
Gardening tasks that seem daunting could be done in less time, plus we could get to know other gardeners, and visit with gardening friends making it even more enjoyable.
I know that I have felt like there’s never enough time to do everything that I want to do. I don’t have time for Social events, or to meet up with friends as much as I’d like. And then planting, weeding, watering and harvesting the garden always takes up time as well. What if we did these things together and got in our friend time along with beautiful gardens and veggies at the end of the year.
So the idea for Garden Club started.
Below is a form where you can share your contact information. I’ll gather all interested parties information and we’ll set up a meeting before the spring to form groups.
Each Group will have at most 6 members so they can get together each month from May to September at each others Garden. The idea is the group will help with a gardening task making the job more fun and done more quickly. The host will provide a meal and good times will be had by all!
Depending on interest all members may get together over the winter months for gardening educational opportunities or just for fun.
Let’s see where this goes! It could be a lot of fun.
